1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Kuvhima Safaris website and the booking of any safari or tour packages. By accessing this website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Bookings & Deposits

All bookings require a deposit as agreed upon confirmation. The balance is due prior to or on arrival. Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking. In general, deposits are non-refundable. Kuvhima Safaris reserves the right to cancel trips in extraordinary circumstances.

4. Health & Fitness

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in adequate health to participate in hunting and safari activities. Kuvhima Safaris accepts no liability for pre-existing medical conditions.

5. Insurance

Comprehensive Travel Insurance is strongly recommended for all clients. Kuvhima Safaris accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury, or illness during your safari.

6. Firearms & Regulations

All firearms must be legally imported with proper documentation as per South African law. Clients are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kuvhima Safaris shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in safari activities, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.
